The speciality in Development and Management of Organizations for Change (E2) provides tools and skills to develop applied research in the context of educational organizations. Among other aspects, beyond the methodological aspects, topics related to educational change, professional and institutional development, the impact of technologies, etc. are addressed.
The master's degree is taught by a team of teachers with extensive academic, professional and proven research experience, both internationally and nationally. Our speciality allows you to study a series of modules divided into:
- Common modules to delve into aspects related to epistemology, the foundation and design of research, methodologies, instruments and strategies for the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Speciality modules where the role of organizations is studied in the current context and focus on educational transformation, allow a critical analysis of institutional planning and management models and, finally, the study of processes for the development of people, teams and organizations.
- Optional modules where some subjects can be selected to deepen in aspects of the technologies in education or the didactic strategies.
