January 2007 to January 2009

The aim of the collaboration project between a Primary School and the Department of Didactics at the Universidad de Alcalá, which is being presented here, was to develop strategies to improve the quality of education based on the self-assessment, reflection and commitment of the whole Education Community, in relation with the climate for work, participation and coexistence on an institutional and classroom level, aimed at laying the foundations for inclusive schooling.

The project consists of two differentiated phases. The first is based on a collective analysis of teaching practice as the initiation to reflection, through discussion groups with teachers, a questionnaire for families, etc. The second phase involves setting up a series of strategies derived from the first phase.
