Graduated in Primary Education Teaching (UAB), First stage of the Degree in Advertising and Public relations (UAB), Official Master's Degree in Education Planning and Management (UAB), Official Master's Degree in Research in Education (UAB) and PhD in Education (UAB). Her doctoral thesis focuses on teachers' barriers to use digital technologies. She has been a primary school supply teacher for the Department of Education of the Government of Catalonia and has taken part in a variety of research such as the ACCEDES (ALFA III) project. Her lines of work focus on the assessment of the teaching function, the application and utilization of ICT and learning and knowledge technologies in education and the teaching profession’s resistance to organizational change.
