Javier Pascual Medina

Short biography: 

Sociologist from the P. Catholic University of Chile (PUC) and Master in Educational Research from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). He is currently preparing his doctoral thesis on Educative Innovation and Teacher Empowerment, and collaborating at the Research Group in Diversity and Inclusion at Complex Societies (ERDISC) from the same university. He previously worked as a researcher at the Centre of Educational Innovation of Chile Foundation, and his work has been focused on Educational Innovation, School Leadership, School Improvement and Effectiveness, and Public Policies at Education. He also has been professor of quantitative research methodology at the University of the Americas (Udla) in Chile.
