Short biography: 

Qualified primary school teacher specializing in early years education and graduate in Pedagogy, obtaining a special award for outstanding student in her final year, from the University of Granada. She has been teaching for four years in schools in Granada and has completed her doctorate courses in “Curriculum, Teaching Profession and Educational Institutions". She is currently receiving the grant FPU (University Professional Training) and is carrying out a doctoral thesis in the Department of Didactics and School Organization in the Faculty of Educational Science at the University of Granada. Her main lines of research are: educational leadership, inclusive school, family's participation in schools, schools organization and innovation in the field of education.
