The fifth cycle #eapcOpenLab is related to the CIEDO’s subject

The motto's seminar is to 'Manage the talent of public personnel or not manage it... that's the question'.

The School of Public Administration of Catalonia (EAPC) celebrates its fifth edition of the #eapcOpenLab on February 27th with Daniel Gimenez Roig as a speaker. The seminar will deal with talent in public administrations, the need to manage it and how to motivate public staff to be delighted in sharing their talents with their organization.

With the motto 'Manage the talent of public personnel or not manage it... that is the question', it is a thematic intrinsically related to the V CIEDO Conference, which is titled 'Leadership and management of talent in organizations'.

The structure of the day has two parts. During the first one, there will be talk about the talent in the public administrations, the need to manage it and how to motivate the public personnel to be happy to share their talents with their organization. In the second part, a there will be a conversation between the speakers and the public about the subject of the session.

The #eapcOpenLab aims to be a permanent meeting space for knowledge and ideas, where the School is the engine of change for the construction of open public administrations. Next February 27th the fifth edition will be held from 9:15 AM.

On his part, Daniel Gimenez Roig is responsible for Knowledge Management at the Public Health Agency of Catalonia (ASPCAT). He is also a member of the Knowledge Management Team of the ASPCAT, with whom they have successfully developed and applied a knowledge management plan based on collaborative work in practical communities (CoP) that innovate because they work and learn in a network.
